Welcome to the CART Auxiliary. CART responds for animal rescue and transport when designated animal control is not available to respond. CART Auxiliary is the fundrasing arm of CART (the Citizen Animal Response Team) serving the villages of Allouez, Bellevue, Howard, Suamico, Hobart and Pittsfield Wisconsin. We also respond to other parts of Brown County and Northeast Wisconsin on a case by case basis.
